On a daily basis most people drink coffee, soda, juices containing high in sugar when they wake up in the morning. Then they start out eating unhealthy foods to go along with their unhealthy drinking habits in the morning. Then for the rest of the day most people will have a unhealthy lunch and dinner. I say stop treating yourself to all these unhealthy eating habits and start eating and start your day off with a large glass of water. Then as you go about your day it's ok to start eating something healthy for breakfast. As lunch approaches your body is ready to start absorbing more healthy foods like fruits, healthy snacks or lite sandwiches (lean turkey, chicken, tuna, egg whites salad). As your day is going along until dinner time you can snack on whole wheat cracker, yogurts of your choice, crackers with low- fat peanut butter, or even veggie snacks like celery sticks, carrots, radishes, or a bowl of fruit. Ok, Now, It's dinner time and you have been eating health all day, it's ok to eat a Good Healthy Dinner, " Do Not Over Do It" Choosing something you will enjoy of your choice (Broil or Baked Fish or chicken, Lean Beef or Pork with no fat, Seafood stir-fried with rice or vegetables. After eating your dinner and you want desert you deserve to have a slice of cake or "A" scoop of Ice cream. Again "Do Not Over Do It". Having a better solution in changing your eating habits will make a world of a difference of your health. REMEMBER DRINK GLASS OF WATER BEFORE EACH MEAL YOU EAT AND YOU WILL SEE THE POUNDS DISAPPEAR.
